I know that when I call Nate I will get a great price the first time without playing the 'I have to check with my manager' game. This time we were looking for a very hard to find color Sienna and Nate kept us informed as to the progress of our vehicle and expected delivery. We tell as many people as we can about the excellent customer service we have received from Nate and Jon Laster Toyota and if they want a great car buying experience at an excellent price they need look no further than Nate. Nate Riesen is who I purchased my 2007 Yaris through five years ago, and my experience was so positive that I knew I wanted to work with him again. He is fair, honest, friendly, and really takes the time to find out what a customer wants. He asks just the right questions, and helped me find a Camry with features that fit best into my lifestyle. I would recommend Jon Lancaster and Nate to people looking to buy a new or used car, based not only on the fair pricing but on the service and care provided. The only thing I wish could have been different was that there were no options for me in terms of the exact car I wanted other than one in another state unless I wanted to wait for a lengthy period of time to get one being shipped in from Japan. I think this was out of everyone's control, but my choice of color and the sport option would have been great on my 5-Speed Yaris Hatchback. More
My wife and I started shopping for a new mini van at Jon Lancaster Toyota. We had intended to visit multiple dealerships that day, but we almost bought the van on the spot after working with Nate for only Lancaster Toyota. We did end up waiting a day and looked at a few other dealerships. It was really the ease of working with Nate and the fair price and trade-in they offered that brought us back. The great service didn't stop there though. The entire process of the purchase went smooth. There was low pressure to purchase the "add on" features, and while I was filling out the purchase paperwork, all of our personal items were moved from the old van to the new. Even the favorite radio stations were copied over. It was an overall great experience, and compared to my 4 previous new car purchases, this one was by far the easiest. Jon Lancaster Toyota will be my first stop when I'm ready for my next vehicle. More

The dealership is sparkling clean, its full of cars to buy and the people all seem friendly, all important aspects of a successful dealership, but the most important role is the one on one relationship between the salesperson and customer. That's where Nate excels and that's why we bought our second car from him. More
Nate was very considerate of our time and did as much as he could for us over the phone before we ever even visited the dealership. We first went out on a Saturday, without an appointment, and Nate was very busy. However, he did spend quite a bit of time with us. During his absences, Abby answered all of our questions. When we picked up the car three weeks later, Nate was very thorough in explaining all of the features on our new Prius. This was particularly important because the Prius is so different from other vehicles. I had purchased my previous Camry in 1998 from Smart Toyota. I was not pleased with the experience. I had a much better experience at Lancaster due to the friendliness, professionalism and knowledge of Nate and Abby. More
