We began with Ben when we were in the dealership for service on our 2002 Sienna. While waiting we looked at the new Siennas and took a test drive. Ben explained the bells and whistles. The steering was very important to us as my husband has severe arthritis in his shoulders. We then receive a call from Trevor about the departure of Ben and further contact was with Trevor. We kept in touch with Trevor while our ideal van was located and plans made to deliver it to Madison. When we saw our new van and discussed options and add ons with Trevor and Kevin, we had to wait another day for the undercoating and etc to be done. Throughout the entire procedure we were treated with kindness and respect. The dealer was able to make price reductions on some of the items, which we appreciated. Trevor was exceptionally helpful and considerate when going demonstrating the levers, buttons and operations before my husband drove it home. I was most impressed with his knowldge of the features and functions of the safety devices, engine and inner compartments. He was very well prepared!! I had been aware of Sienna's quality since I have been driving a 2002 for five years. My husband found the steering much more comfortable than a new Chrysler T&C and his previous T&C. He is now a believer in Toyota. More

Overall, the experience was excellent. The only price concern was the price of a trade-in which may have been better, but it was fair for both parties. One aspect of the buying experience that I would like make a suggestion on was that we spent over four hours at the dealership working everything out. Part of this was test driving two vehicles, but I was able to make a decision halfway through the process, but there was so much other stuff that the dealership representatives had to go through. It could have been done faster. More

This is our second purchase from Nate Reisen and Jon Lancaster Toyota, and will not be our last. I know that when I call Nate I will get a great price the first time without playing the 'I have to check with my manager' game. This time we were looking for a very hard to find color Sienna and Nate kept us informed as to the progress of our vehicle and expected delivery. We tell as many people as we can about the excellent customer service we have received from Nate and Jon Laster Toyota and if they want a great car buying experience at an excellent price they need look no further than Nate. Nate Riesen is who I purchased my 2007 Yaris through five years ago, and my experience was so positive that I knew I wanted to work with him again. He is fair, honest, friendly, and really takes the time to find out what a customer wants. He asks just the right questions, and helped me find a Camry with features that fit best into my lifestyle. I would recommend Jon Lancaster and Nate to people looking to buy a new or used car, based not only on the fair pricing but on the service and care provided. The only thing I wish could have been different was that there were no options for me in terms of the exact car I wanted other than one in another state unless I wanted to wait for a lengthy period of time to get one being shipped in from Japan. I think this was out of everyone's control, but my choice of color and the sport option would have been great on my 5-Speed Yaris Hatchback. More
