You can buy a Toyota Avalon at lots of places. We bought ours at Jon Lancaster for a number of reasons, but mostly because of our salesperson, Nate Riesen. The dealership is sparkling clean, its full of cars to buy and the people all seem friendly, all important aspects of a successful dealership, but the most important role is the one on one relationship between the salesperson and customer. Nate was very considerate of our time and did as much as he could for us over the phone before we ever even visited the dealership. We first went out on a Saturday, without an appointment, and Nate was very busy. However, he did spend quite a bit of time with us. During his absences, Abby answered all of our questions. When we picked up the car three weeks later, Nate was very thorough in explaining all of the features on our new Prius. This was particularly important because the Prius is so different from other vehicles. I had purchased my previous Camry in 1998 from Smart Toyota. I was not pleased with the experience. I had a much better experience at Lancaster due to the friendliness, professionalism and knowledge of Nate and Abby. More

i explored buying a new Sienna back in February at another dealership. The salesperson I talked to quoted me a price based on the invoice to his dealership, which he showed me. he gave me a prelim another dealership. The salesperson I talked to quoted me a price based on the invoice to his dealership, which he showed me. he gave me a preliminary trade-in on my current kia van. finance rates at the time were not to my liking, so i passed on buying. flash forward to early june, i found through the internet that rates had improved and your web site showed some current inventories. Nate sent a quote the next day and i stopped in. i told him point blank that i was leaving on a 2500 mile driving vacation in 3 days, so if we couldn't come to terms in 24 hours I'd be passing on buying until next year. I stopped in during my work hours so I didn't have a lot of time. Nate was much more casual to deal with (less professional?!) than I'm sure most bosses or even some customers would prefer, but in an odd way, it works with his personality. He quickly worked out some numbers asking what options were important to me while respecting my need for speed in the process. I felt I was treated fairly in regards to price and trade-in value. I wasn't thrilled with the delivery process regarding the upselling of options, protection coverages, and warranties, although I understand that's how some guys get paid, it leaves a sour taste after an otherwise pleasant experience. Long story short, I got my wife a new van, we have a great driving vacation, and I wouldn't hesitate to contact Nate for any future vehicle needs. More
