i explored buying a new Sienna back in February at another dealership. The salesperson I talked to quoted me a price based on the invoice to his dealership, which he showed me. he gave me a prelim another dealership. The salesperson I talked to quoted me a price based on the invoice to his dealership, which he showed me. he gave me a preliminary trade-in on my current kia van. finance rates at the time were not to my liking, so i passed on buying. flash forward to early june, i found through the internet that rates had improved and your web site showed some current inventories. Nate sent a quote the next day and i stopped in. i told him point blank that i was leaving on a 2500 mile driving vacation in 3 days, so if we couldn't come to terms in 24 hours I'd be passing on buying until next year. I stopped in during my work hours so I didn't have a lot of time. Nate was much more casual to deal with (less professional?!) than I'm sure most bosses or even some customers would prefer, but in an odd way, it works with his personality. He quickly worked out some numbers asking what options were important to me while respecting my need for speed in the process. I felt I was treated fairly in regards to price and trade-in value. I wasn't thrilled with the delivery process regarding the upselling of options, protection coverages, and warranties, although I understand that's how some guys get paid, it leaves a sour taste after an otherwise pleasant experience. Long story short, I got my wife a new van, we have a great driving vacation, and I wouldn't hesitate to contact Nate for any future vehicle needs. More

He went out of his way to make sure that our experience there was super fantastic. He was very knowledgable about thier product and was willing to take time with us as we looked thru car after car. Overall when dealing with Landon it felt more like dealing with family than some strange salesman. When we sat down to talk price with landon he went out of his way to make sure that we stayed within our alot budget. This may not count for much but i seriously think Landon Fenz needs some major recognization. I will continue to do my business there at jon lancaster toyota for many ears to come. More

I believe that real customer service is something that is becoming harder to find every day. All dealerships treat you well, until you've made your purchase and are out the door. Service after the sale is every bit as good as the service before the sale. Staff is top notch, deals are very competitive, and the service is second to none! I've purchased several vehicles over the last ten years. Each has been at a different dealership. The reason is simple. I hadn't had a real good buying experience, until now.
