I was looking for a new vehicle and never had a toyota before, but had decided to look at this vehicle, since it had met my requirements the best of what I needed, as was looking for good gas mileage, sev before, but had decided to look at this vehicle, since it had met my requirements the best of what I needed, as was looking for good gas mileage, seven passenger, and 4-wheel drive, so had inquired on line. Shawn e-mailed me and was great at answering many of my questions, as he took the time to answer every question I had on a toyota and I had many for him. He let me know instantly of one that was to be arriving in a month and was even the color I had been looking into, so was so pleased, as worked with him in signing papers and he kept me up to date on the delivery date of the vehicle. He has been there ever since I purchased the vehicle, but now asking me the questions of if it's meeting my needs and if I am happy with my purchase and if any problems. He said if I ever have any questions or problems that he will be happy to answer them any time.
