I would highly recommend jon lancaster toyota to all my friends and family for one simple reason. Salesman Landon Fenz. He went out of his way to make sure that our experience there was super fantastic. He was very knowledgable about thier product and was willing to take time with us as we looked thru car after car. Overall when dealing with Landon it felt more like dealing with family than some strange salesman. When we sat down to talk price with landon he went out of his way to make sure that we stayed within our alot budget. This may not count for much but i seriously think Landon Fenz needs some major recognization. I will continue to do my business there at jon lancaster toyota for many ears to come. More
I believe that real customer service is something that is becoming harder to find every day. All dealerships treat you well, until you've made your purchase and are out the door. Service after the sale is every bit as good as the service before the sale. Staff is top notch, deals are very competitive, and the service is second to none! I've purchased several vehicles over the last ten years. Each has been at a different dealership. The reason is simple. I hadn't had a real good buying experience, until now. This was by far the most pleasant car buying experience I've had. Shawn is genuine and friendly. He was pleasant during the negotiating and did a good job answering all my questions. Since the transaction took place later in the day he went the extra mile and stayed late to seal the deal and spent time explaining the details and options of my new(used)vehicle so I could for the FIRST time ever actually drive my vehicle home the same day. Shawn has been in contact several times since my purchase to make sure all is well and to answer any more questions I might have. All in all a great experience and I will be back when it's time. More

I was looking for a new vehicle and never had a toyota before, but had decided to look at this vehicle, since it had met my requirements the best of what I needed, as was looking for good gas mileage, sev before, but had decided to look at this vehicle, since it had met my requirements the best of what I needed, as was looking for good gas mileage, seven passenger, and 4-wheel drive, so had inquired on line. Shawn e-mailed me and was great at answering many of my questions, as he took the time to answer every question I had on a toyota and I had many for him. He let me know instantly of one that was to be arriving in a month and was even the color I had been looking into, so was so pleased, as worked with him in signing papers and he kept me up to date on the delivery date of the vehicle. He has been there ever since I purchased the vehicle, but now asking me the questions of if it's meeting my needs and if I am happy with my purchase and if any problems. He said if I ever have any questions or problems that he will be happy to answer them any time. I would surely do business with him again and with the company, as I do enjoy my vehicle and am happy with the service I have recieved. I have also recommended him to other co-workers, that are going to be purchasing here in the near future.
