He was able to answer all our questions easily, but without guiding us towards a particular choice. I would recommend requesting to work with Mark if you are in the market for a used vehicle. The only problem with the service was the financing component - it took nearly 3 hours from the time we agreed to purchase the truck at the agreed upon price to the time we were signing paperwork. Our credit is great and the loan was easily approved, but it just took a very long time to get to the signing phase. Very slow process, but very friendly associates all the way through. More
