We purchased our car from Lancaster largely because of Landon - he's that great! Landon really took care of us and made sure that all of our needs were met. Overall, the staff at Lancaster were friendly and patient with us (we were there way beyond closing). The facilities are nice, we were offered coffee/soda while we waited, everyone was smiley and friendly, etc. All in all, a great buying experience. We'll definitely go back to Landon for our next purchase! More

I had several options to choose from and wasn't pressured to pick the most expensive. Gene was very accommodating when setting up a service for my remote start and extra protections I added. He even gave me his cell phone number so I would be able to get in touch with him easily. I was very apprehensive coming to a new car company. I had Saturns for the last 15 years and didn't like giving them up. Jon Lancaster Toyota changed my mind. I'm very pleased. More
