We purchased our car from Lancaster largely because of Landon - he's that great! Landon really took care of us and made sure that all of our needs were met. Overall, the staff at Lancaster were friendly and patient with us (we were there way beyond closing). The facilities are nice, we were offered coffee/soda while we waited, everyone was smiley and friendly, etc. All in all, a great buying experience. We'll definitely go back to Landon for our next purchase! More

I had no loan information to go on at all, I had to call the bank, who didn't have records of me having a loan through them with Jon Lancaster. Finally, things fell into place a few weeks later and it was all squared away. Overall, great service, just needs to provide a little bit more information and be less harassing. More
