We walked into Jon Lancaster to look at a Yaris. Ben Morris was our salesperson. He was wonderful to work with. He was so knowledgeable about the car, and everything to do with the car. He explained all of our questions with detail and complete understanding of what he was talking about. When he explained how the braking system worked, he even gave us a visual demonstration that was most helpful. Our whole experience was wonderful. Ben was there every step of the way, and no question or concern went unanswered. Quince was very supportive, and Chris walked us through the financing paperwork with no problems. I can't say enough good things about our new car purchase. Ben, Quince and Chris made the whole experience fun and easy. We will definitely be buying our next car from Jon Lancaster, and Ben Morris will be our salesman. Keep up the good work, and we will be telling anyone who will listen to go to Jon Lancaster, not only for the best sales experience, but the best cars. Had to mark Jon Lancaster down a mark on the overall experience, the time it took to finally pay for the car. I was happy to finalize the sale with Mark but found I had to go into a separate office with someone else and go through the whole warranty sales pitch etc. The time it took to get to see that other salesman was unacceptable, seemed like hours, this was a waste of my time. Anyway, Thanks Mark for your help with purchase. More
Nate was the most awesome sales person we have ever encountered. We are in our 60's so we've encountered many! Mark did his job of informing us of our options, but wasn't pushy, which we appreciated. Everyone we worked with was patient, even though we were there towards close. Nate was very helpful in our recent change in cars. He knew everything about the car and explained things well. He worked to get us a great price on our new vehicle as well as getting us a fair price for knew everything about the car and explained things well. After we got our new car, our daughter was also looking for a new vehicle. Since she thought she didn't want a Toyota, I went with her to several different dealerships test driving various cars. When doing this, we met with several different sales people. This really opened my eyes as to how attentive Nate was and how he explained everything about the car. Other sales people didn't go into the detail and know as much about their cars as Nate did. I finally talked our daughter into talking with Nate and trying out the Toyota Corolla. After talking with Nate, she was better able to narrow down her choices and finally decided to go with the Corolla (which initially she said she didn't think she wanted). We had two very positive experiences with Nate and would highly recommend anyone looking for a car to go and talk with him. Karen Bernards More
Rudy kept up good email and phone communications while we were trying to make the 90-mile trip to test-drive the Jeep; he and the Jeep were right where he said they'd be when we showed up. He was most helpful and well-informed about the vehicle, and took us on a "just-right" length test drive. Chris worked diligently in finding a bank to finance a 9 year old Jeep. There were no "surprises" at delivery. License plates were installed, documents were prepared for signature - and they even put several gallons of fuel in the nearly-empty gas tank. We signed, took the keys, said cheerful and friendly good-byes - and returned home. More
