I reached the point where I knew what vehicle I wanted and was loaded with background and price information. I walked into your dealership with no referral, met Nate, and purchased the vehicle pretty much on-the-spot. Nate's warm personality; professional demeanor; knowledge of your programs; and sense of humor is the reason I chose Jon Lancaster over the other dealerships. I hope Nate is still selling cars the next time I need one. That way I can avoid the step of shopping for a salesman, before I shop for a car. More
We have bought a number of cars in the past and this was the most rewarding and honest dealership and salesperson we've every worked with. It was very rewarding there still is values in the business. Nate, has follow-upd several times after the sale to insure we are satisfied with the vehicle and the service after the sale. My first contact with Nate was through the internet sales page on the Jon Lancaster website. Nate responded promptly to my request for availability and pricing for a 2011 Prius. I admit I went to another dealership in the Milwaukee area to check out a used 2010 Prius. The experience was awful. I made an appointment with Nate the following week. Nate was waiting for me when I came in the door. He was friendly, intelligent and technically savvy. Although I came in alone, he quickly assessed my background (I'm an IT manager) and treated me respectfully but also intelligently. Being a woman, I don't always get that level of acknowledgement from a salesperson. Nate gave me a full walk through of the car, explaining the car's technology from front to end. We then sat down to talk about car specifics and pricing. Nate surprised me by asking what I was looking for in a car and what features I was interested in. After listening to me, he said "you don't need a Prius III, a Prius II has all the features you're looking for." That's the first time a salesperson has talked me down a model. He also gave me a fair offer for my trade in on the first evaluation of my car. We didn't have to play the "negotiation" game. He had my confidence and we made a sale that afternoon. I was very pleased with his customer service, the value and quality of our transaction and the car I finally selected. (Nate insisted in taking me out on to the lot so I could compare colors before I made my color selection.) I was very glad he did. I selected ribbon blue and love the look of the car. I would highly recommend anyone who comes to Jon Lancaster request Nate as their sales person. He's well informed, honest and extremely conscientious. More

But just a few days after I bought my new Sienna I got an email from Jon Lancaster that everybody who buys this month gets salesman I have known. We went in on a Saturday without an appointment and Nate was quite busy. He still took the time to work with us. When he wasn't available Abby worked with us, continuing to answer questions. My wife and I went into the Jon Lancaster dealership not knowing much about it and after meeting our salesman (Rudy Rivera) and seeing the showroom and observing other staff members we had no hesitation in knowing much about it and after meeting our salesman (Rudy Rivera) and seeing the showroom and observing other staff members we had no hesitation in buying three new cars over the course of four months (2010 Vensa 2010 Corolla and a 2011 Camry). We felt confident that the dealership was treating us in a honest and professional manner. We have a son that needs a car so we will be back for a forth Toyota. We especially enjoyed having Rudy as our salesman. We developed a trusting rapport with him that will last as long as he remains at Jon Lancaster. More
