We came back to this dealership specifically to purchase our second new car from Nate. We really enjoyed our first experience with Nate. He listens to what we are saying and does not try to tell us what he thinks we would LIKE in a vehicle but endeavors to understand what we really do NEED in our new vehicle. He has a way of conversing with you as if he is your next door neighbor but remains very professional. He is very knowledgable about the product he is dicussing and makes very sure that we understand him too. We will look to Nate for our next vehicle and would recommend him highly to relative and friends. Thank you for letting us comment on our experience. More
Nate Riesen made us feel very comfortable buying our new truck. He helped us pick out the options we wanted without pressuring us into buying something we didn't need. Normally I don't go too far from my back yard to purchase a new vehicle. I usually prefer to buy an American car like Ford. The supply of these cars was low and the one I drove was not as I had hoped. I decided to try Prius. I first went to a local Toyota dealership here in the Milwaukee area. We drove a Prius and we were impressed. I inquired on-line as to what I could expect to pay for this car and to get responses from other Prius owners. Lancaster Toyota in Madison was the first dealership to respond to my inquiry. The response was in the form of a bright young salesman by the name on Nate Reisen. He informed me of what the dealership had and that if my wife and I would take the time to visit Madison we might be surprised and happy we did. We decided to go to Madison. We went on a Sat afternoon and we were both impressed with the vehicle and even more impressed with the care and concern regarding our needs. Nate Reisen was very helpful. He was able to answer all of our questions and his product knowledge was the best I have ever experienced. He is a true professional and we are very satisfied with the purchase of our new Prius. Nate has taken the time to follow up after the sale to ask if we had questions or concerns and if there was anything he or the dealership could do. He definitely won us over and we are forever grateful that we took the time to venture 80 miles from home for our new car purchase. I rate our experience AAA+++ More
Prior to my visit to the dealership Nate had taken time to review with me package options and pricing, as well as share with me several videos on the specifics of each RAV4 package level (a sincerely brill to review with me package options and pricing, as well as share with me several videos on the specifics of each RAV4 package level (a sincerely brilliant tool - especially in comparison to the typical sales booklet). These not only made things easier for my wife and I, but demonstrated his strong product knowledge. We had visited other dealerships in our area (Milwaukee) prior to speaking with Nate, or coming the hour plus to Madison to meet with him; however, Nate had a far superior knowledge of the vehicles he was working with - as well as the financing options (he didn't have to fool around "asking a manager" for pricing). He even found equity in our leased vehicle which helped to drive the price down further (something no one else had even looked into). With all of the tools, knowledge and direct dealing I would absolutely recommend Nate Riesen, and Jon Lancaster to friends. Thank you for making our experience so easy! Paul Zivney More

I reached the point where I knew what vehicle I wanted and was loaded with background and price information. I walked into your dealership with no referral, met Nate, and purchased the vehicle pretty much on-the-spot. Nate's warm personality; professional demeanor; knowledge of your programs; and sense of humor is the reason I chose Jon Lancaster over the other dealerships. I hope Nate is still selling cars the next time I need one. That way I can avoid the step of shopping for a salesman, before I shop for a car. More

It was very rewarding there still is values in the business. Nate, has follow-upd several times after the sale to insure we are satisfied with the vehicle and the service after the sale. My first contact with Nate was through the internet sales page on the Jon Lancaster website. Nate responded promptly to my request for availability and pricing for a 2011 Prius. I admit I went to another dealership in the Milwaukee area to check out a used 2010 Prius. The experience was awful. I made an appointment with Nate the following week. Nate was waiting for me when I came in the door. He was friendly, intelligent and technically savvy. Although I came in alone, he quickly assessed my background (I'm an IT manager) and treated me respectfully but also intelligently. Being a woman, I don't always get that level of acknowledgement from a salesperson. Nate gave me a full walk through of the car, explaining the car's technology from front to end. We then sat down to talk about car specifics and pricing. Nate surprised me by asking what I was looking for in a car and what features I was interested in. After listening to me, he said "you don't need a Prius III, a Prius II has all the features you're looking for." That's the first time a salesperson has talked me down a model. He also gave me a fair offer for my trade in on the first evaluation of my car. We didn't have to play the "negotiation" game. He had my confidence and we made a sale that afternoon. I was very pleased with his customer service, the value and quality of our transaction and the car I finally selected. (Nate insisted in taking me out on to the lot so I could compare colors before I made my color selection.) I was very glad he did. I selected ribbon blue and love the look of the car. I would highly recommend anyone who comes to Jon Lancaster request Nate as their sales person. He's well informed, honest and extremely conscientious. More
