We went in on a Saturday without an appointment and Nate was quite busy. He still took the time to work with us. When he wasn't available Abby worked with us, continuing to answer questions. My wife and I went into the Jon Lancaster dealership not knowing much about it and after meeting our salesman (Rudy Rivera) and seeing the showroom and observing other staff members we had no hesitation in knowing much about it and after meeting our salesman (Rudy Rivera) and seeing the showroom and observing other staff members we had no hesitation in buying three new cars over the course of four months (2010 Vensa 2010 Corolla and a 2011 Camry). We felt confident that the dealership was treating us in a honest and professional manner. We have a son that needs a car so we will be back for a forth Toyota. We especially enjoyed having Rudy as our salesman. We developed a trusting rapport with him that will last as long as he remains at Jon Lancaster. More
The process that Scott Schrimpf and Matt in finance presented was very professional. I was greatly surprised to get the acceptance with the financing and am glad it did not take as long as with my wife presented was very professional. I have found that getting this vehicle from your dealership has shown a higher level of knowledge and understanding of services to customers, which give them a more relaxed experience in making the right decision. I found that Scott Schrimpf was helpful in the whole process and should be commended along with Matt in finance in both vehicles that we have purchased. More
Nate was very helpful during our selection and purchase of our new Sienna. We went in to the dealership with a couple of models of Toyotas in mind as we narrowed down our search. Several visits later we of our new Sienna. We went in to the dealership with a couple of models of Toyotas in mind as we narrowed down our search. Several visits later we were down to two vehicles in the running, one being the Toyota Sienna and the other being a Mazda CX-9. I honestly don't remember how many times we stopped by the dealership to look at the vehicle again, or to ask more questions, as we were finalizing our decision of which vehicle would be our new purchase. Car shopping with two young kids is not easy, but Nate (and the rest of the crew at Jon Lancaster) made it as easy as can be. We appreciated the playroom for the kids, and the willingness to let the kids 'play' in the van as we negotiated the sale. We never felt like we were getting stares from across the showroom as we reminded our preschooler again and again to not touch any buttons. Knowing we had two young kids to deal with during the process, Nate and financing team (Matt, I think?) were wonderful in considering our time. The whole process wasn't a long drawn out ordeal as it can be at other dealerships. When we came to pick up and sign everything for the financing, everything was ready for us. Nate went over many of the items in the vehicle in a very efficient manner, and he even helped get the kids car seats installed for the ride home. Nate offered on several occasions that if we had any more questions or wanted to go over anything else that we were more than welcome to call or stop by. Nate's knowledge of the vehicles is great. However, what I appreciated even more was that we never felt uncomfortable or pressured during the whole process. Without hesitation, I would recommend Nate to anyone shopping for a new vehicle. More
