We initially thought that the Prius would be too costly for our budget. But after Tashi introduced us to the finance manager, they came up with some "Creative Financing" that helped us work out a way to ge for our budget. We are leasing for 3 years with a fixed buyout at the end which gives us very acceptable payments and a chance to save some money for the buyout. We've been driving the car for a couple of days now and are very pleased with the mileage, comfort and surprising amount of cargo space! This really helps as we are in the process of moving. When you put the seats down there is really a lot of room. This is our 5th Toyota and we think very highly of the workmanship and quality of all those vehicles. This lead us to Jon Lancaster with Shawn Stittleburg being the salesman we contacted. So on Monday morning we decided to make the drive as we live 11 miles south of Tomah. We contacted Shawn to let him know we were on our way, when we arrived to inspect the 2011 Toyota Camry Hybrid he had it parked up by the building for our convenience. We decided to go with a Hybrid due to rising oil prices. After less than 2 hours spent at the dealership we were on our way back home with our new car. We are pleased with the service we recieved and would recommend Shawn and Jon Lancaster to anybody. We are also happy with our decision with cars as we are averaging over 39 MPG to date. I was very disappointed with the customer service I received at all of the dealerships in Milwaukee and I was not impressed with their prices either. I decided to go to some Madison Toyota dealerships to see if I would have better luck. Jon Lancaster was the first place I stopped and I didn't have to go any further! I was immediately greeted upon arriving and was assisted by salesperson DJ Oberhofer. DJ listened to my needs and provided me with the best deals they had based on my specifications. He was extremely knowledgeable about the inventory and was able to answer all of my questions honestly and up-front. He was patient, kind, friendly, and did not make me feel pressured to buy. I ended up purchasing my car that day from DJ. The price was much better than any of the Milwaukee area dealerships were willing to give me for the same year and style car with similar mileage. I wish I had not wasted my time at those other dealerships and with those other salespeople and had just gone here first.
