We had a very good experience at this dealership. Shawn and I communicated a number of times before we finally drove (1 1/2hrs)to their location. This was an excellent experience. As soon as I exited the car Cody was there ready to take care of my request for headlamp replacement. After a very busy day it was a complete renewal experience to find high energy, efficient, excellent communication service. Within minutes the paperwork was done, Cody invited me to the waiting area and passed on the paperwork to, I think it was Marc (employee 332), who would do the work. It this point the experience was so outstanding I had received renewed energy, so decided to take a look at the new Prius. Within minutes I was talking to David Virgell. Way beyond expectation to now have the third very helpful experience where all my questions are answered about the new Prius. Then we spent time talking about the new Sport Sienna which I have been considering. After what seemed like only a few minutes Cody was back saying that the headlight replacement was complete. Amazing! I told David the next time I'd bring my wife to get more information. Cody and I returned to the service area where I was soon heading to the car wash now with car repaired and I'm sure ready for the rest of the evening. Those of you in management deserve big thanks to have such dedicated, disciplined team still giving terrific service at 7:30pm. As you can see, I'm very impressed by this service, at all levels. Because we have been a Prius owner for the past 5 years and have liked Toyota for a long time. We had the Prius in mind as our next purchase (that part was easy). The sticker price was the only unpleasant part of the purchase. The sales person was very nice, friendly, and very knowledgeable. As to the car, There are some features we were surprised that are no longer available. The biggest issue is the door unlocking. You can only unlocked from the outside at the driver door (or remote). This is an adjustment. Would like to see at least the ability to unlock the hatch (handy for groceries). The other issues are very minor. More

I was impressed with his customer service & the expeditious service I received on the sale. I was also impressed that Rudy came to the dealership the next day, on his day off, to to see me off in my new vehicle. I had visited the Jon Lancaster web site while doing due diligence searching for a good deal and noted a phrase about customer service. The last couple of car purchases I made (from the same dealership) left me unimpressed with the sales staff and customer service. Service is always quick, friendly and to the point. This particular new vehicle purchase was superior. We worked with Salesperson Toshi via e-mail and the internet before going to look at the car she found for us. We ended up completing a deal, complete with trade and a couple of dealer installed options, and drove the new car home within 3 hours of first seeing the vehicle. Toshi and the staff at Jon Lancaster Toyota worked hard to make all of this happen and we really appreciated their efforts. More
We purchased a used Toyota Van yesterday after some research on-line. It took longer than we thought. Lynn was nice and my only complaint is we tried to negotiate on the price and were told the mar research on-line. It took longer than we thought. Lynn was nice and my only complaint is we tried to negotiate on the price and were told the margins were too thin but they would give us a full tank of gas. As I drove away I noticed we actually got 1/2 a tank of gas. I was too tired and eager to get home so I didn't go back. Not sure if it was an oversight or not. More
Landon is a great assest to Jon Lancaster. Eventhough he is in used car sales, he took the time to help us with the purchase of our new Corolla when the other sales people were a no show for over 45 minutes is in used car sales, he took the time to help us with the purchase of our new Corolla when the other sales people were a no show for over 45 minutes. Landon answered my numerous questions and patiently explained all the features of my new car. This has to be one of the best sales experiences I have had. From the time Landon helped us until the time we drove off the lot it took us less than 2 hrs including financing. The finance guy, made purchasing my new Corolla a cake walk. I think financing was already in place before we sat down to fill out the paperwork. If I could rate the service on Landon alone--you would have received 5 (great) on all of the above criteria. I would certainly recommend Jon Lancaster in the future and especially Landon. More
