Shawn is very patient and thorough. Before I purchased my Prius, he answered all my million questions. Before I drove off the lot, he explained all the features carefully. Shawn took me out on the road with my Prius and had me actually do the remedies which could be done to solve any difficulty, also assuring me that those problems were higly unlikely to occur. I now have 45,000 miles on my Prius with nary a problem and confidence if anything should occur. More

The service dept."ROCKS" but the real gem of the dealership is Nate,we have purchased over 15 veh. in the past 20 yrs. and have never encountered someone who did what they said,cared for customers before during and after the sale,as well as being a good person. I believe to be good at business you first must have good people around you to buy into your vision,as I stated before with out salesmen like Nate you'd just be a car dealer like all the rest.He gets it treat people fair with no B.S. and guess what you sell cars lots of them. I am overweight and they didn’t even look for a chair that I could fit in – I was made to feel uncomfortable while looking for a vehicle – I guess I don’t look like a viable customer – but regardless of how I looked – DJ treated me with great respect and was honest and kind and I appreciated it very much. I was in my new car that very same day and for someone that dreads shopping for anything due to my physical disabilities that was a HUGE plus. The financial portion went very quickly also and I was treated with courtesy and kindness. Very easy to deal with. No pressure. Took care of a couple of minor issues, such as scratches on the roof pillar and dent by left front door. Vehicle was done when promised.
