I was just stating to look for a new vehicle. My son is turning 16 next year and I plan to give him my Camry. I had no intention of purchasing a vehicle until next year. When the exact vehicle I wanted was not on the lot he was able to locate what I wanted very quickly and called to confirm he was able to find what I wanted. It was Don's professionalism that sold me on the 2011 Highlander now. He did everything I asked him to do. He listened to what I wanted and let me know when he located that car. The Toyota website helped tremedously in doing my research upfront. It was great to do a lot of the comparision shopping from my home and then narrow down my choices before going out to the dealerships. All the paper work was reviewed and went smoothly. I wish my car would've been a little cheaper but its kind of hard with a new 2011 car. My car was spotless when I came to get it. Dave checked in with me a couple days later and asked if I had any questions and if it was a great fit. I am impressed by the kind of sales guy he is. He really makes sure you are happy with what you purchased. The whole building was clean and comfortable. It has a very nice layout and is relaxing. Everyone was very helpful.
