Working with Nate Riesen was a fabulous experience. We were not necessarily in the market for a new vehicle, but Jon Lancaster Toyota and another local dealership had some great deals so I decided to chec were not necessarily in the market for a new vehicle, but Jon Lancaster Toyota and another local dealership had some great deals so I decided to check them out. I told Nate what I could afford and for a monthly payment. I asked him to see what he could get for my trade in and which upgrades I could get for a specific price. He showed me a new and used model, gave me a break down of options and monthly prices and interest payments. I was able take home the print out and discuss it with my husband. He treated me with respect. Listened to me and gave me accurate information. I went down the street to another dealership. The men there passed me off to one another, treated me like a "little lady" and kept asking me exactly what I wanted in my car. I told them time and again that obviously I would love a fully loaded vehicle but my budget was the predictor- not my "wants". I asked to get a break down of price, interest,etc. Again, they patronized me. My experience with the other dealership fulfilled all of the stereotypes you hear about women going into a car dealership. Nate was the complete opposite. I have told many people about my experience at Jon Lancaster and have recommended Nate to many friends. My husband and I will definitely go to Nate when we purchase our next vehicle! More

All of our dealings for our new Venza were done by internet and a few phone calls. Nate was very pleasant and informable to work with, and trusted him 100% on the info we were given. We had dealt on a Venza in Dubuque Ia. but the dealer was not going to meet in the middle on a price and Jon Lancaster (Nate) was very easy to work with. He went over our new car throughly with us, explaining everything and we appreciated it very much. The service did not stop after the purchase as he followed up with calls and emails to make sure everything was going OK with the new car and that we were happy. Having owned a Toyota Corolla 2005 Sport model, it was time for me to 'change up'. I had over 100,000 miles of excellent use of the car and it still hummed well, but I needed more space. So I checked out time for me to 'change up'. I had over 100,000 miles of excellent use of the car and it still hummed well, but I needed more space. So I checked out what Toyota's more 'my style' vehicles. Seeking a Toyota Corolla w/more space, I saw the Scion line has a possible. In checking out the word on the street was these vehicles are tight and quality, not unlike previous creations of the Toyota lines. Having had an excellent sales experience with Nate, I thought i would 'drop in' to see if Nate was there. Without appointment, i walked in the door to see if i could get a test drive of a Scion xB, and Nate was happy to take a spin. It was a great drive, though I wasn't comfortable as i really wanted to be, I had to think. I wasn't going to buy that day anyhow, I just wanted to make sure the line was in the area that fit what I was seeking. A couple of months later my wife and I came in, unannounced, and we wanted to test drive it again, this time with her, so she could get use to the idea. Nate was there, and was spectacular in helping us into another test drive. I always take my lady with me for considering the possible purchase of a car. When we got back from the test drive, Nate set us up with the Scion accessories webpage to setup possible attachments. This is when my wife pointed out I might want to consider a 'smaller' version. I did like the Scion xB but It was a bit big and felt like a truck. It hurt in a category I wanted to keep as close to the Corolla as i could, gas milage. So I leaned into the grey colored Scion xB that was next to us in the show room. I was impressed with the 'looks and feels like a corolla' feel but I could still see it had a great amount of space with folded down seats. Feeling a bit bad that I had Nate running around having us all day looking into the xB I mentioned I may be a bit more interested in the xD. He had no problem at all 'changing gears'. Nate was simply awesome in taking the time to consider now the xB, and a test drive in a automatic was considered. Since my wife can't drive stick, I thought I should consider an automatic. I Love to drive stick because I am simply use to it and like the control in a situation where automatic isn't always as responsive, at least i felt. So after the test drive in the automatic, I was debating stick. I said i would rather a stick. long and short of this experience, is Nate without appointment was there for me and my family in getting the car I wanted and was seeking. he did it with style and excellence. Without Nate as my sales person I never would have known what a Toyota felt like. His salesmanship and people skills are awesome. He is simply a good guy and a straight talker. If Toyota has the vehicle Nate will always be my sales person. The internet may be a place to look for vehicles, but i consider myself old school, I like a sales person there to help in the processes. I also believe greatly in not just the car being awesome and just want I want, but the sales experience has to be pleasurable. If I feel that I am uncomfortable with the sale, I will just say no and walk despite the vehicle. Nate makes the experience of shopping and buying a new vehicle a great experience. In fact the whole staff was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. Never feeling rushed to hurry hurry, and always quite informative. Nate and the staff was simply there for me in my seeking for the right car for me. in the end, the xB in grey with a stick, was my new car. great stereo (nice large display for ipod), excellent room, stick, bluetooth wireless phone connection (to be a safer driver), and a privacy cover for the behind the seat setup. Good times, Great Car, and excellent sales experience. More
