My experience with Jon Lancaster Toyota has been outstanding thanks to Rudy! Rudy is the reason we made our purchase through Jon Lancaster (of course we feel that Toyota's are fantastic, so that he outstanding thanks to Rudy! He was polite, easy going, informative and friendly. I never felt pressured during the process. He also send me email updates with new vehicles and prices so I didn't have to stop by the dealership to check the stock all the time. Rudy has also been very helpful after the sale. He has made sure we are happy and any issues or concerns are checked and corrected. I'm planning to stick with Rudy for future auto purchases. I'm also planning to do all my service with all three of our vehicles at Jon Lancaster. I've also been using the Oil Change center for the last year and they are fantastic too!
