When I went in to buy my car I was recommend to Shawn Stittleburg. I went thinking I would be dealing with just another salesman. The first car we purchased (Rav 4 six cylinder)was in 2006. We had fabulous service from the salesman we had then. He is no longer there, his name was Russel. I had an agreement that if I had all my service work up to 60,000 miles done at Lancaster(we live in Wisconsin Rapids)I would get a set of all new tires. They upheld the agreement even though it had been discontinued, which made me so happy. We wouldn't buy our Toyota's from anyone else but Shawn. He has been just great to us! Thanks Shawn! More

The service dept."ROCKS" but the real gem of the dealership is Nate,we have purchased over 15 veh. in the past 20 yrs. and have never encountered someone who did what they said,cared for customers before during and after the sale,as well as being a good person. I believe to be good at business you first must have good people around you to buy into your vision,as I stated before with out salesmen like Nate you'd just be a car dealer like all the rest.He gets it treat people fair with no B.S. and guess what you sell cars lots of them. Shawn took me out on the road with my Prius and had me actually do the remedies which could be done to solve any difficulty, also assuring me that those problems were higly unlikely to occur. I now have 45,000 miles on my Prius with nary a problem and confidence if anything should occur. More
