I would definately recommend the Dealership and Tashi as a great sales person! Our experience was just what I'd hoped for, thorough, uncomplicated and a great deal! Purchased a 2010 Toyota Prius from this dealership. On May 9, 2010, we had the steering column collapse in my lap while driving with my wife and daughter. Very scary situation! We had it towed to the dealership and explained what happened. We told them that we did not feel safe in a vehicle that had a major defect like this, with only 6000 miles on it. They explained that all they could do is fix it. If we wanted a new vehicle, we would have to deal with Toyota directly. They did absolutely nothing to try to help us in this situation! They just wanted to pass the buck and leave us to fight the battle with the Toyota corporation. When we asked to meet with the general manager, Joe, he declined saying that they just sell the cars, and problems such as our need to be dealt with at a corporate level. Thanks for helping us and sticking up for us! We were a customer and they should have done more to help us. Instead, we will never again buy from them and never buy a Toyota again! We did file a complaint with the NHTSA, and an article was written by George Hesselberg of the WI State Journal regarding how poorly our situation was handled. More
Don, our salesman, was great! He was such a pleasure to work with and made us feel very comfortable. When we're ready for another vehicle we'll definatley come back to see him. We had an appointment at 6pm, but were not called in until 6:50. Which I understand appoitnment run over and what not, but that is quite a bit over. Then somehow all of our information had be cleared from the computer and we were going to have to start all over again. I had submitted a credit application on Saturday to save time. Luckily I had a copy with me he could work from. Then when it came to decide on paying for extra warranty we listened to everyting I said no, we'd prefer to leave things how they are. When asked why we said we had a set budget we wanted to stick to and would prefer not to add anything extra. He then asked in tone I did not care for " what, don't you see any added value here?" I said really we just prefer to leave how it is. I believe we were asked once more after that as to why; just in another way and I said, really, we'd like to just do what we need to do to purchase the vehicle. We started very late after we were scheduled and we were told everything would be ready and set to go. After that I feel some rude comments were made, but we did carry on. I think to remedy this feel of pressure what would have been good was to have all of the extra warranty and how it would affect payments information in the beginning. Then when we went home to talk about if we were going to purchase the vehicle or not we could have factored that in and discussed it with each other more to see what we really thought we might need. Had that happend I can guarantee we would have purchased at least the "bumper to bumper" option if not more. We just felt very much on the spot which made us uncomfortable. We like to discuss and think about things before we make a final decision and I feel other people probably would too. But again I would like to reitterate how great Don was during this purchase! Had all the questions above been just about him it would for sure have been all 5s. Thanks Don! More

My salesman was awesome. Knew what he was talking about and went out of his way to find the car in the color I needed. He also came in on his day off to deliver the car to me. I called and spoke with them and they indicated my car was ready and available at 11:30 am and when I arrived at the scheduled time of 5 pm to pick it up I had to wait not only for the car but also for the financial person. Cody was very accomodating to my needs, questions, and concerns. I didn't expect a service associate to know the answers to my mechanical questions, but he did a great job explaining the issues at hand an concerns. His responses were appropriate and not too technical. I was debating whether or not to rotate my tires. Cody helped me understand the importance of this routine maintenance and the significance of this procedure. Rudy was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We never felt pressured or overwhelmed during the sale. This was a great improvement compared to other dealerships we had visited. I did a lot of research and went to a few dealerships before going to Jon Lancaster to check out two vehicles we were interested in. After looking at another car the next day, we came back and made an offer we felt was fair and got the deal done. Very professional, and one of the best car buying experiences I've had. We had an issue with our tires wearing out before the acceptable mileage. Mike went above and beyond in getting us the tires under the tire rewards program.
