I’ve had good experiences buying vehicles here and usually have had good service appointment experiences. But today I had to wait 4 1/2 hours. I came in for an oil change and inspection. This service usually have had good service appointment experiences. But today I had to wait 4 1/2 hours. I came in for an oil change and inspection. This service doesn’t usually take that long and it was an hour and fifteen minutes waiting before I was told that I would need new rear brakes to pass inspection and that the front brakes should be replaced soon. I decided to have both sets of brakes done and was told it would take about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I waited over 2 hours and no one came to tell me the progress of the work. When I went to check on it I was told it would only be another 10 minutes. 20 minutes later I checked again and was told the car was done and that the paperwork still needed to be finished. While I waited for the paperwork I noticed that “female” was written on the work order. Why was that necessary? My name was on the paperwork. It made me wonder that if I was a man would “male” have been written on the work order? Would it have taken over 4 hours for the work to be done? Would I have been better informed about the progress of the work on my car?Next time I need service I will probably go elsewhere. More

Signed up online for an oil change and they were ready for me when I arrived. Pleasant staff to deal with, in fact my guy was new and I helped him navigate the check in part of it and he was pleasant and for me when I arrived. My tires were a little low and I offered to air them up to 35psi and the service department wouldn’t let me. They ran out and did it in no time at all. Smooth, easy and pleasant.
