Service dept quoted a price for a service which was less than $500.00 . I told them it was wrong. It had already been diagnosed, but they needed to diagnose it themselves and asked what it would cost for th than $500.00 . I told them it was wrong. They told me it would cost $2800 which was $1800 more than I could’ve got it done somewhere else I would never brought it there if if they were going to charge me over $1000. More

Still haven’t got my touch up paint bought a used truck granted it wasnt a Chevy but no one really knew what things did on the dash all I was told to look it up on line really didn’t like that answer didn’ granted it wasnt a Chevy but no one really knew what things did on the dash all I was told to look it up on line really didn’t like that answer didn’t even have the truck 3 days and the drivers door lock broke or was bad when I got it and I’m going to assume the salesman didn’t hear me I was cleared thru cap one but they still ran my credit and when with some other company with a much high rate needless to say I had to do the paper work with my bank all over again to get it out of that high interest I won’t be back I was with another dealer for 30 yrs so time to keep looking cuz now wife needs new car More
