Transferred snow tires to summer tires. Tires were transferred properly and bagged in a reasonable time. 1.5 hrs. For 2nd time in a row, air pressure was off. Instead of recommended 38 psi on my Chevy Bolt, they were 35,35,32,33, according to the sensors just after I left. When I was filling them properly at home I found a valve cap missing. The service Dept Rep Ashley went well above and beyond to get my vehicle in today for a NY state inspection. That is true customer service that I greatly appreciated because it saved me from having to make another trip to the dealership at a later time to have the inspection completed.
