Salesman of sale of vehicle was great. Service after the sale for maintenance is horrible back in December. Had to call several days in a row to find out what was going on my vehicle. Finally, after I called the West Herr Dealership new owner of East Syracuse Chevy, somebody called me back .Pretty bad when people from the dealership cannot call you back. This was my third vehicle from the dealership. Always been great but when it went to West Herr service and the Staff has gone to s***. 2 days in a row,tried to get a oil change. Was told several different things. Even spoke with the service director that gave me his business card back in December and still no calls back. Finally I took my vehicle to another dealership and had no problem at all getting the oil changed tires rotated and washed for free. Needless to say I will never be going back there again . More
