I used to tell everyone looking for a car to come here. They have taken care of me in the past with the Wrangler JKU I bought there but I have noticed a change. It has been a few years since they worked on my Jeep but they did break something they didn’t tell me about and I didn’t find it til after so I couldn’t very well take it back and say you broke it. They had always treated me good so I said nothing. They did some warranty work for me in Sept and diagnosed a check engine light, informed me it was an evap code and I would need a fuel tank to make it go away. They told me that it would not hurt anything not to change the tank out since it would cost around $2000 for the tank and labor. I get my Jeep back and a few days later I try to put fuel in it and it spews back out. I have been trying since Sept to figure this out and called them about it and got nothing. In the process of trying to figure out what was wrong I ended up replacing the fuel tank. Check engine light went off but it still would not take fuel. I noticed a hose that looked out of place and found that it had been wedged on top of the charcoal canister and a cap placed over the nipple it was supposed to go on. This was the problem, when they did the smoke test it was left off. I am grateful for their service on my Jeep but it has been there for the last time. More

The monies agreed on for our trade was reduced which reduced the amount we were putting down. This was an all day event to buy a car from them so we wanted to get out of there and didn’t catch the error until we got home unfortunately. When we called we were told that they gave us 1k rebate then charged us $2k for Katskin seat covers, which we were told we needed to keep on the lower end side when picking out the leather because the dealership was paying for it since they didn’t have a truck with it on their lot. We thought this was already included in the purchase, not something that we were paying for out of our down money. Definitely feel we got the raw end of the deal on those. For 2k we could’ve gotten real leather! We live quite aways from the dealership so we couldn’t go back and tell them to keep the truck and cancel the deal but we should’ve. We feel they could’ve been a lot more transparent on this purchase. More
