The service was performed quickly and efficiently. When I went into the write-up area to check on my paperwork, the write-up people were talking and joking around even though my vehicle was done. When I made my appointment, the service writer asked me if I bought my vehicle at East Tenn. Ford, I answered him but that information is not germane to getting service there but leaves me suspect as to the quality of service I was to receive. More
