Work was conducted as promised and to our approval. The pickup paperwork was prompt however, when directed to the vehicle it was not in the place I was advised it would be. I walked around for severa The pickup paperwork was prompt however, when directed to the vehicle it was not in the place I was advised it would be. I walked around for several minutes and had to come back in to figure out where it actually was. Upon determining its location, someone that appeared to be a mechanic offered to run out and retrieve the vehicle for me. Other than this hiccup, everything else met our standard for service. More

The service was performed quickly and efficiently. When I went into the write-up area to check on my paperwork, the write-up people were talking and joking around even though my vehicle was done.
