After looking for a car for about a months and losing hope on getting approved. I came across this dealership on Instagram and decided to give it a shot. This place is the real deal!!!! Got a 2018 Chevy Malibu from them 7 months ago. They kept trying to screw me over on price. Manage to get them down to $400 less a month in monthly payments. The car had a couple of issues that wer They kept trying to screw me over on price. Manage to get them down to $400 less a month in monthly payments. The car had a couple of issues that were not brought to my attention. Manager had an attitude when bringing up those issues.. I mention my car is not getting anywhere near 400 miles on a full tank. Manager says he’s never seen any car get that kind of range. No transparency and the salesmen are just trying to make a quick buck instead of customer satisfaction. They try to screw you on price and tell you to refinance in 6 months and the payment will go down. Also, I used the capital one auto navigator and already came up with the payment based on my credit and tax was included. My salesmen Essly lies in my face and tells me it’s not including tax when I can clearly see that it is. Also, they say all of their cars come with their unlimited powertrain warranty but there is no point in them using it as a selling tool if they’re just going to give you hard time when you decided to bring it to them. Also they keep pretending to be a Mitsubishi store which is a blatant lie. None of my documents that I signed for my car had Mitsubishi on it. I’m sorry I can’t remember the two managers names and their website has a blank staff page. Terrible experience. Would not recommend shopping with them. More
