Do not I repeat do not use this dealership! They are underhanded and deceiving! I walked in and specifically asked for a new 2026 Rav 4. The salesman walked us out on the lot showing us all of the Rav 4's they had. Not once did he tell us they were 2025's. I found the one I wanted believing it was a 2026. They had me sign an agreement on blue line paper that I accept this vehicle (nowhere did it have the year). I do take responsibility that I should have looked at the final paperwork more closely. I feel like I was hoodwinked. I did not know it was a 2026 until I called to transfer insurance and gave them the vin #. I do take responsibility but, the way they got their sale was very shady. They just want vehicles off the lot at all costs. More

I originally left a 1 star review and the GM called me to “make it right”. We agreed on a deal and my wife and I drove to the dealership after work to sign the papers. Mind you this is the THIRD day of being “make it right”. We agreed on a deal and my wife and I drove to the dealership after work to sign the papers. Mind you this is the THIRD day of being strung along with back and forth and horrible communication. Not to mention the hours sitting around at the dealership. We get there to sign and immediately in finance they ask me if I want to add a very important part of the deal that was previously DISCUSSED to be included the deal already. They would not budge and make it right a second time.Needless to say we did not make the deal. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealer and sadly I’m a repeat customer there. This place is the prime example of why people do not like dealing with stealerships. More

Drake & Chase were great to work with! They made my search, for almost a year, happen. I just happened to called this dealership last Friday to see if they had any Land Cruisers, they ha They made my search, for almost a year, happen. I just happened to called this dealership last Friday to see if they had any Land Cruisers, they had two, in my color choices. The blue one wasn’t for me as it had been lifted & I’m 5 feet tall in a good day. But the Meter Shower was what I’d been looking for expect for the interior color. But after some negoations, I think we came to a value we were all happy with. Drake & Chase worked with me & now I have my Land Cruiser, I’m happy!! They were both gentlemen & made a difficult process much easier. I’d recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new/used vechile. Can’t say that about everyone I’ve dealt with in the past. Our Salesman was very nice and polite. He bought us lunch while we waited on finance to work with us. The finance manager was very personable and we appreciated his assistance.
