I brought my car in for oil change and they said I need a battery I ok so I told them to put one I was here for two hours and 30 mins get home and check see what they have done I had to come back and sit for battery I ok so I told them to put one I was here for two hours and 30 mins get home and check see what they have done I had to come back and sit for another hour for them to put my battery in. Service I got was not good customer service at all I think something need to done about that.if I paid for service I should get it . that makes me not want to bring my car here I can't trust your service. I can’t say enough about the staff and the experience they provided. Every aspect of my visit was top notch from the ease of parking with out being harassed to the exceptional sales experience with Jake they provided.
