Great service. While I was waiting on my truck I watched other cars and trucks that were not Toyota vehicles coming for service. Now, what does that tell you about there service department if they are not t other cars and trucks that were not Toyota vehicles coming for service. Not happy with how they handle business the finance manager is dishonest, will not be purchasing from them in future. Had maintenance performed at eastern shore toyota , they did a good job servicing the vehicle. I wish the service fees for some of the maintenance they recommend weren’t so crazy high though, I would probab did a good job servicing the vehicle.
