Finance department misleading! I was told that I would receive 3 options from the lifetime warranty options at no price, but that did not show on my final paperwork. I was charged over $1,600 where as I receive 3 options from the lifetime warranty options at no price, but that did not show on my final paperwork. Greatest customer service in showing my granddaughter cars. Everything was explained to her. They let her test drive any car. She wasn’t sure what car she wanted. She found her perfect car. I questioned if the vehicle was still available and was told it was and that "I have the keys at my desk." I then made an appointment and drove two hours to the dealership to view the vehicle.
