Great Experience Both Joey Rillo and Jonathan Waddell were a pleasure to work with and I am excited about my new vehicle. And overall it has been a great experience. I don’t but a car very often but when I do I research it and study all the facts and reviews. That takes lots of time and Joey spent LOTS of time with me as I made this important decision. He was also very patient and understanding as I could not shop without my 12 mo old granddaughter and 5 yr old grandson accompanying me. When Joey was tied up, Jonathan did a great job assisting him and was a pleasure to deal with also. The experience was great however there is one complaint: the accuracy of the preowned autos available on the website. It was very frustrating to get to the dealership and find that of 17 vehicles listed of a particular model only 3 were available. And I understand that they sell many cars and keeping the list updated is quite a challenge. But to see many of these vehicles still listed after almost a week (after finding that they are not actually there) was very frustrating. It also made the salesmen’s job much harder and was frustrating to me, the customer. Also... they have a fantastic service department and that was what brought us here to shop. More
