False advertising with price I came in to purchase a car that was marked down on line but they end up charging me more then the mark down price that was listed on line. I didn't intend to buy a new car, but Eastern gave me a terrific deal and I was so comfortable at the dealership I did!. The restrooms were pristine and on a cold day,warm water to wash my hands! Unfortunately the manicurist was busy so I didn't get a chance to get my nails done. And, they fed me lunch. On a serious note, Mack was very , very knowledgeable about the Prius and able to easily show me tips and tricks on the new car that werent on my old one. I highly recommend the experience. More
