Pleasant happy experience I went to Eastern Shore Toyota to get my 2016 Corolla serviced. I was courteously greeted by Mr. Brandon Donerson. He asked the reason for my visit an I went to Eastern Shore Toyota to get my 2016 Corolla serviced. I was courteously greeted by Mr. Brandon Donerson. He asked the reason for my visit and then thanked me for my service to our country. After a little more small talk he then broached the subject of trading in my car. He explained Toyota’s interest and need for used cars and that mine was perfect for what they needed. Then he brought me to his office (counter) and began the process of winning me over in trading in my car and purchasing a new one. After Mr. Herrin assisted with car choices, Mr. Donerson showed me the car we picked out. He was very knowledgeable about the car and it’s features. We took a test drive and that moved me closer to my final decision to go ahead with the trade in and purchase. Mr. Donerson is a very good salesman. And I appreciate the time and pressure free sales approach. He let me come to the decision. More
