On May 31, 2013, Stacey Conley greeted us when my friend and I walked in the door at Eastern Shore Toyota. Buying a car, new or used is a tedious process, but he made it very pleasant. He offered us something to drink before we went out to look at cars. He told me the advantages of each as we stopped to look.
