He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and did not hesitate to quickly research and provide answers to some things he understandably may have not known. He even brought out a mechanic who personally came and spoke with me to assure me that the vehicle was in perfect condition. Lastly, he pulled the vehicle to the front of the dealership so we wouldn't have to walk around searching for it which was a big deal because trust me it was scorching hot. On May 31, 2013, Stacey Conley greeted us when my friend and I walked in the door at Eastern Shore Toyota. Buying a car, new or used is a tedious process, but he made it very pleasant. He offered us something to drink before we went out to look at cars. He told me the advantages of each as we stopped to look. My husband and I were curious about prices because our son will be turning 16 soon. Jeff Walker was very courteous and helpful and showed us several options to think about.
