The entire staff was very kind and professional at Eastern Shore Toyota, I had the opportunity to get to work with Marcus Gulley who took really good care of me. Marcus ensured I was completely happy Eastern Shore Toyota, I had the opportunity to get to work with Marcus Gulley who took really good care of me. Marcus ensured I was completely happy with the vehicle he found that would work for me, then proceeded immediately at making sure the vehicle was ready for test drive. Last we worked on numbers, the most crucial part of making sure that the customer and the sales department are on the same page. We worked for hours on a plan to get me in this particular truck and at payments i could afford since i had just taken a turn in my life with my financial situation. Marcus went out of his way to make me comfortable knowing the time i had spent at the dealership, he even went out of his way to locate a charger due to my cell phone battery dying and I needing this at the time to stay in touch with my family. He remained professional and yet shared stories with me as we awaited management decisions and paperwork coming together. He made my experience enjoyable, knowing sometimes this can be a difficult decision making for most people stressed about money and change. I didnt have to have a new vehicle at this point in time but I was on a mission to get a truck, and he helped me get it!
