After negotiation, I was given a bottom-line, drive-out price, which was never altered - I paid exactly what I expected. I called Justin a couple of days after and asked for a copy of all the service records for my car from it's pre-sale inspection & shape-up. The dealership had done a oil change, and installed all new battery, struts and brake pads, just beforing putting it on the lot. Tom didn't even mention this when selling the car to me - it was just a happy accident I found out after I bought the car ( & later confirmed this with my mechanic that this was all done).
