Horrible service department brought my car in had an appointment pulled up to the service lane told the guy I had an 11:30 appointment. He told me everybody has an 11:30 appointment and pointed to the l appointment pulled up to the service lane told the guy I had an 11:30 appointment. He told me everybody has an 11:30 appointment and pointed to the line of cars waiting. I ask the guy how long of a wait he says anywhere from 10 minutes to 2 and a half hours the. He tells me the system is down so it won’t be 10 minutes I go inside ask for help from the salesman he tells me that’s not his area so I asked for the General Manager they tell me his name is Zac Bell but he is of course not in as he is a really busy man. I drove 80 miles round trip and accomplished nothing!! DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM Eastern Shore Toyota!! THEY DO NOT BACK UP YOUR VEHICLE WITH SERVICE and THEY WILL TREAT YOU TERRIBLY!! THEY ARE THE WORST More
just nowNEW-Write a review My "Service Soon" light came on and Sams Club told me it was my battery. I had purchased by battery at Eastern Shore Toyota. So I took my car there. It was a 60 month True Sta on and Sams Club told me it was my battery. I had purchased by battery at Eastern Shore Toyota. So I took my car there. It was a 60 month True Start battery which was only 2-1/2 years old. I went directly to Eastern Shore Toyota and the Service Assistant checked it and told me that it was not my battery. He reset the light and told me it was probably from my oil change. The next day my car would not start and we had to call for roadside service. They jumped me off and followed me to a local service center. They checked my battery and alternator and told me it was my battery was bad. They replaced it and we are all good. However, I will never trust Eastern Shore Toyota. I had to pay $216 for a new 60 month battery which they would have replaced for less than half that price under the warrant. In addition, it would have saved me all the stress of being stranded. Fool me once...you know the rest. More
called to have my complimentary 5000 mile tire rotation. no availability for 3 weeks! service rep said "you are welcome to drop it off and leave it. we may can get to it sometime during the day. you can no availability for 3 weeks! service rep said "you are welcome to drop it off and leave it. we may can get to it sometime during the day. you can rent a car if needed starting @ $21+ per day." really??? absolutely unacceptable and will NEVER visit or recommend this place. there's a reason i bought my tacoma from another dealer, but this is so much closer to home. oh well. I brought my car in for oil change and they said I need a battery I ok so I told them to put one I was here for two hours and 30 mins get home and check see what they have done I had to come back and sit for battery I ok so I told them to put one I was here for two hours and 30 mins get home and check see what they have done I had to come back and sit for another hour for them to put my battery in. Service I got was not good customer service at all I think something need to done about that.if I paid for service I should get it . that makes me not want to bring my car here I can't trust your service. Service was good. However, they normally clean my car. They only vacuumed the driver floor & ran it through the wash. Did not wipe down doors or other openings such as hood & trunk.
