I have never bought a car and had the rep help two people at once. The sales rep should wait with you through the process start to end not continue to help someone else and then I had to find someone to answ at once. The sales rep should wait with you through the process start to end not continue to help someone else and then I had to find someone to answer questions as we waited for him to finish with the other person. If my husband didn't want the car so much, I would have left. AND ASKED ME TO REVIEW. Even if we are waiting for the car to be cleaned or waiting for paperwork, we should not have been left at a desk clueless of what was happening. I promised myself that I would never use easters and never did but not I gotta make sure my husband doesn't either. More
