I scheduled a 2pm appointment for a possible car purchase, my credit was not the best but is ok. I walked in and was greeted at the the door( which was welcoming) Afterwards I was assisted by Autumn purchase, my credit was not the best but is ok. I walked in and was greeted at the the door( which was welcoming) Afterwards I was assisted by Autumn she took the time out to help me and get me approved despite my credit. I signed all the requested paperwork at 4pm did my test drive and all that was left was just to give me my tags. Autumn had to leave to assist another customer.*This is were is gets BAD* I waited until 7:30pm for my tags apparently no one else "could assist" me. Waiting 3+hrs for tags to be put on to my car is unacceptable but maybe this is normal. More
