I truly appreciated Jay’s approach from the minute we pulled onto the lot to look at vehicles. She wasn’t pushy, she was extremely knowledgeable, and she was very accommodating. The vehicles I wanted to pulled onto the lot to look at vehicles. She wasn’t pushy, she was extremely knowledgeable, and she was very accommodating. The vehicles I wanted to look at were at another Easterns location and she got the vehicles to the Rosedale location and came in on her day off for me to test drive these vehicles.
