What a Experience Let me start off by saying, the only reason I'm giving four stars is because I do feel Brandon jones and the finance rep worked really hard to get me Let me start off by saying, the only reason I'm giving four stars is because I do feel Brandon jones and the finance rep worked really hard to get me what I want. Brandon was very attentive and down to earth. The reason I cant give five stars, is because the process took entirely to long. Because I was there for to long I started to get the feeling like I should just say "ok, sure" to speed up the process to leave. Which isn't good when you have numbers being thrown at you. I don't like their third party insurance broker process. ( THEY SPEAK WITH BROKER, BROKER FINDS INS. EASTERN MOTOR REP BRINGS YOU THE INFORMATION) and boom you have ins. My rep Brandon explained my down payment for insurance was 384.oo and that I would pay the rest of the payment later. it was never disclosed how many days later or how much the additional payment was. when I get home I find a 384 charge to my card for global ins then 319.00 charge for progressive. that's not what we agreed. went to the location because I had to correct some papers an since this was a 3rd party easterns called the broker Eric to correct the error.. who became very unprofessional and frustrated with me. Even to tell me that " I would prefer if you say you didn't have all the money, instead of saying I didn't explain it to you" Mind you I did speak with this man but for maybe all of 5 minutes. and he explained the 384 was going to be taken for the insurance and that he would call me Monday to work on a cheaper premium. For a second I did feel I was bamboozled into this and that I was taking advantage of. But when I got of the phone a rep from behind the finance booth saw my face and probably over heard the conversation, he inquired what was gonna on and how he can fix it. he explained if the word of the 3rd party ins broker wasn't kept to give him call . I pulled out of the eastern motors parking lot and Eric the 3rd party broker was calling my phone and apologizing. Completely different tone and mood all together. Come to find out the 384 is really fee towards the ins broker. At first i wanted to cancel it and find my own, since as described to me the 384 was a down payment towards my ins. but then I told the 384 is non refundable and the 319. can be refunded but it will cancel the policy. couldn't help but think, if this was a down payment towards my policy and the difference was to be paid later, then why cant i have the 319. back without my policy being cancel. So i kept it. I don't know if eastern motors called him but that's the idea I'm going with. When I walk through their doors I'm address as Ms. Mccaffity, they remember you. I can only imagine they do because they make every experience personal and a priority. Overall point, Not every rep in easterns motors are the same. they have their own flow, some work better than others. I will say on this day everyone was working hard, My rep Brandon Jones worked extremely hard for me to get me what I want. He really did care and was also aware of the amount time it was taking and was very concern and attentive with me while I waited even while he had to help other customers. They are awesome, very respectful, in my opinion they exemplify the definition of customer service. The 3rd party insurance broker is not apart of easterns, so they can't be responsible for his lack of customer service. and I commend them for still correcting that issue. At the end of the day, I know I was a challenge to get a car for because of my credit. So I walked in expecting to sweat a little, lol to put down a high down payment, didn't expect to leave with a big smile and a 2015 Lincoln mkt . so thanks easterns and personally, thank you Brandon jones, Mr. finance man ( cant remember his name lol) and Mr. finance man, that corrected the ins man. I appreciate all of you and was very pleased with you guys More

Awesome team I went to eastern motors on pulaski highway and I was referred a friend. That these guys would be able to help me. But when I say Preston and Jentry worked so hard and they didnt stop until I was satisfied with the car choice and especially my monthly payment. If you need a car and you have had some financial issues that may have caused your credit score to drop make Eastern motors your first and only choice and I promise you ask for Preston and Jentry and I am sure anyone one else can help because when I say those two guys made sure I left with a car that was in my budget, and that I love and was safe. I will recommend them and I promise you wont be disappointed. More
