Worth it in the End I looked online for a car, found a few I liked and weighed my options. I landed and decided on a car that was being sold by Easterns. The Easterns loc I looked online for a car, found a few I liked and weighed my options. I landed and decided on a car that was being sold by Easterns. The Easterns location that was nearest to me didn’t physically have the vehicle so I drove to the location that did. Long story short, my experience at that location made me very uncomfortable and pressured. I don’t think the salesman realized - while this was just a ‘lead’/‘sale’ to him; it was very important to me. The first salesman was impatient, pushy and overwhelming. But all in all, I wanted this car. The price was right, the car was right, it drove beautifully and I wasn’t going to let one salesman spoil that for me. That’s how I ended up at Easterns Baltimore. Everyone I encountered at this location was extremely helpful, nice and knowledgeable. Jamal walked me through the process - he was polite, and very patient. His customer service skills were an absolute pleasant surprise being that the initial salesman was the exact opposite. So overall, I think Easterns at Laurel has some personel things that they could address but everything at the Baltimore location made buying a car comfortable and smooth. Jamal and Ed were great. My only qualm about this location is that they don’t call when they say they’re going to. So if anything is time sensitive, you may have to follow up opposed to expecting them to call at a certain time but that’s not that big of a deal. More
