We had an exceptional experience here today. While we had to drive over an hour to get to Eastern, it was well worth the trip. We were greeted at the door with all smiles and quite a great group of sales people ready to help us. We were even here before they were open, but they had no problem jumping right into their day. The General Manager, Ali, helped us find a perfect fit for a sales person. Gabe Diaz was FANTASTIC! He literally spent his entire day helping us. Gabe was extremely patient and knowledgeable with the car we were looking at. he had a great sense of humor and related very well to us, even though we are almost twice his age. I appreciated Gabe's great grammar and proper use of the English language. He was proper and polite with his manners as well. I was impressed with his ability to connect with us as quickly as he did. Gabe was not pushy or abrasive in any way. Gabe did a great job not only listening to us, but HEARING us. In a passing conversation we mentioned the next transaction will be trading in my Kia Sorrento. Gabe told me that he would sure love to help us when we are ready to purchase our next vehicle.
