Terrible professionalism Purchased a vehicle from this dealership, wasn’t satisfied with it and brought the car back to exchange it for a different vehicle. All the managers g Purchased a vehicle from this dealership, wasn’t satisfied with it and brought the car back to exchange it for a different vehicle. All the managers gave me different reasons on why it was impossible to exchange the car. Called corporate and they were no help either. The company clearly has a 7 DAY RETURN POLICY BUT ITS REALLY AN EXCHANGE POLICY. They told over and over again that I would have to give them more money to ya exchange the car, they even asked for a co-signer to possibly help and it was all to no avail. The vehicle I purchased was filthy in the inside, soda was splashed on the headliner, bbq sauce on the rugs, gum in the backseat, and I wasn’t even given a key fob. The General Manager, Jentry Hobson even told me he would get the car detailed and he would get me a key fob made. I called him and he clearly won’t answer the phone.
