They were extremely helpful in letting me try different cars to find what worked best for me. They even brought in a car from a different location (at no charge!) for me to try. The whole team was very professional and accommodating, made the entire transaction very quick and easy (about 1 hour to complete all paperwork-a new record!), and made sure that I was happy every step of the way. The only con was that they won't hold a car if you are interested, but the team was very generous and kept it in the garage for a night so it was off the lot. This made it so I could sleep on my final choice without too much stress that it would be gone the next day. More
