My husband and I went to Easterns in search of an SUV for our family of 5. We wanted an 8 seater but knew it could very well possibly be out of our price range. With the help of Larry and Edmond they were ab our family of 5. We wanted an 8 seater but knew it could very well possibly be out of our price range. One star is 1 too many. Upon delivery, part below rear bumper was missing. Advised salesman & dealership. Said they would order it. Seven weeks later (after checking with them numerous times) they now bumper was missing. Advised salesman & dealership. Said they would order it. Seven weeks later (after checking with them numerous times) they now say they will NOT pay for it. Absolutely NO SERVICE after the sale. Once they get your money, you don't exist anymore. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE. Can't believe they stay in business for 30 years treating customers this way. And, it doesn't do any good to contact customer service...they just blow you off "There's nothing we can do". More
