I just wanted to share my experience at Easterns I just wanted to share my experience at Easterns Automotive in Millersville. I was very happy with my salesperson. Kalvin was friendly and helpful an I just wanted to share my experience at Easterns Automotive in Millersville. I was very happy with my salesperson. Kalvin was friendly and helpful and tried to make buying a car easy. When I went to pick up the car and sign the papers, my car looked great! I had only one problem with the process. After the deal had been reached and numbers decided, it was then revealed that the car has only one key and Easterns would not be covering the cost for a new one(approx $200). I was told to come back Fridays at 11 to have it made, which is not possible due to work. I was definitely disappointed that this is your attitude regarding the key. I feel like this should have been made known to me before I purchased the car and before the price was negotiated. I believe businesses should be up front about such issues. Needless to say it has dampened an otherwise lovely car buying experience. More
