Beejay was very helpful in finding the vehicle we purchased. I test drove one vehicle on the lot. I was really interested in a vehicle that was in Frederick. Within hours, he made arrangments for the vehicle to be brought to the Millersville location. Beejay answered my questions or found out the answers to my questions. He was very personable and friendly. He kept in touch with me during the entire process. I purchased the vehicle in the evening hours and unfortunately could not take it home that night due to some complications. Beejay arranged to have the vehicle delivered to my home the next day. He even brought some additional papers for me to sign at my home. He has gone out of his way to make this an enjoyable experience. The only reason I didn't give Easterns five stars was due to several problems with other departments in Easterns that drug out for a couple of days. Several misunderstandings within their support staff resulted in phone calls that weren't necessary. Unfortunately, the the vehicle had not been thoroughly detailed when brought to our home. There were crumbs on the floor, fingerprints and dirty streaks on the screen and dash, the remains of spilt drinks between the seats and on the seats. Through all this, Beejay was there to explain to me what was going on. He also said I could bring the vehicle back to Easterns for cleaning. Unfortunately, it was inconvenient for me to return the vehicle back to them for a thorough cleaning. They had the vehicle the night before and for most of the next day to perform the cleaning and due to personal reasons I couldn't afford to spend a few more hours while they cleaned it. More
