Went above and beyond to help us get a car. I continue to be impressed with Eastern Automotive as a whole. I bought my car from the Rosedale location two years ago and suggested that a friend bu I continue to be impressed with Eastern Automotive as a whole. I bought my car from the Rosedale location two years ago and suggested that a friend buy hers from them when she was in desperate need of a car. We ended up going to the Hyattsville location which was over an hour from our home since they had the car she wanted. Even though that car was sold before we got there, they worked to find another car similar to what she wanted and even had one driven down from another location. We were working with a tight budget too and my friend did not have great credit either (under 500). They were able to work their magic and get her a car that met all of the criteria she was looking for as a single mother of three. We drove off the lot at 10:30pm, 2 1/2 hours after they closed, and the entire time they were professional. Not once did they make us feel like we were holding them up from their evening and literally until the very end they were amazing. They even arranged for us to go to a closer location to have all of the remaining stuff to be done with the car just so we didn't have to drive over an hour the next day. I will continue to go to Eastern Automotive for my car needs and will continue to recommend them to my friends as well. More
