You could do better. I went in to look for a car, I will say I take part blame for not walking right back out to begin with. I think all representatives seemed joyful and I went in to look for a car, I will say I take part blame for not walking right back out to begin with. I think all representatives seemed joyful and professional except mine. So if you do go here Avoid Robert Bennett. Hes indirectly disrespectful, unprofessional, and goes out every 5 minutes to smoke cigarettes. Keep in mind car buying process takes hours. So he kept coming back with a horrible stench to me and it was disgusting. We sat there for hours first two days and he sent me home each time with a new excuse. 4th day I got a complete different car than what I was going for. He doesn't speak friendly. Always spoke with a pushy, rushing tone. Could only imagine he wanted to get to his next cigarette asap. Test drive had the car stinking like cigarettes. I gave 3 stars because the car did not turn out to be a bad car but it's not exactly my choice. On the 3rd day of the process I had 10 missed calls from him before 2pm. 11th time I answered angrily about how unprofessional he was being. He got a harsh tone with me and had to put him in check and remind him there was no obligation on my part. But he called and called like my payment was late SMH didn't even sign anything at that point!! But dealer in general was not too bad, but avoid this sales person who is not appropriate for his position. P.s. the car wasn't even properly cleaned and had not been done maintenance which they lied and said had been done. More
